I'm starting to get used to the 14" display of the Pro versus the 15" display of the Air I had previously. The superior performance is definitely a boon, while the smaller footprint actually makes this guy more portable in certain respects than the Air.
Smithers,
Why did you choose the 14” Pro vs. the 16”?
…M
I had actually originally bought the 16". The screen was lovely but I didn't really like how it was bigger and more unwieldy.
My thought process went like this: regardless of whether I have a 16" laptop or 14" laptop, the screen is still going to be too small for me to be fully comfortable and productive. I'm going to need my multi-monitor setup anyway. So I might as well optimize for portability and just plug in to my external displays when i'm back at my desk.
For some the 16" is optimal for them of course, and that's totally fine.

I discovered cryptocurrencies years ago but I was not interested to invest in them. I have some friends which began to buy crypto recently and I will start buying Bitcoin soon
Bought a Kidde wifi smoke alarm that wouldn't shut off. Woke up entire building. After hours of research, I suggest
- Not Kidde, maybe 1st alert
- Photoelectric
- At least one (if wired interconnected alarms) capable of sending text message alerts
-10 year battery. replace 8 years after manufacture date

I was reading about the infamous killing of Georgi Markov ( yes, hi, Vil ) which allegedly involved the use of an umbrella gun and a ricin “bullet.”
The bullet with the ricin was made of 90% platinum
and 10% iridium.
Have a swell day, everyone
Not to be too picky, but if the bullet were exactly 10% iridium and 90% platinum there was no possibility that it contained any ricin. Just saying from one who values precision in words.

So for those of you keeping track:
• Trump says he will end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours. Putin tells him to pound sand. War is now worse than ever.
• Trump says he’ll solve the Gaza war. That war is now worse than ever.
• Trump tells Bibi not to strike Iran to give him space to negotiate. Bibi strikes Iran two days before talks.
Does it seem like world leaders respect Trump?

BREAKING: An Israeli official just told the Jerusalem Post “We presented the American administration with evidence of Iran's breakthrough toward a nuclear bomb. There was full and complete coordination with the Americans."
Meanwhile the Trump administration says Israel acted “unilaterally.”
Which is it?
