I find this forum's topic page number links tricky to click, yet I am often using them in order to go forward from page 1 or backward from recent unread posts. Searching around indicates that the lack of next/previous page links has been noted several times by Simple Machines Forum users and developers, but I can't get a read on when or if it will be fixed.
As a bolt-on solution for Google Chrome desktop users, here is an extension that inserts Previous Page and Next Page links after the page number links at the top and bottom of the topic pages.
In the Chrome web store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... cfgmpaagc/
The extension demands ominous-sounding permissions, but all it really does is search the page for the links sections and insert new links, copying their URL targets from links that are already on the page (the links before and after the current page number).

Re: Forum tweaks Chrome extension
Why are the topic page number links tricky to click? Too small?

Yeah, small and bunched together. But mainly the point of this I rarely care about jumping to particular pages so much as moving forward and backward from the page I'm on.
