I know Marc Faber can be a polarizing figure but I still look at his perspective now and again.

Maybe he uses leverage to get the extra 25%?

Could that portfolio be calculated using historical mortgage rates as the leverage?

Just found the asset classes and allocation amount interesting.
Wonder if he pulled them out of thin air or if he is familiar with PP

There is no way he doesn't know about the PP.  Last year he was talking about holding RE, Stocks, Cash and Gold if I remember correctly.

The problem is, as a perma-bear, his allocation changes as he's proven more and more wrong.  The guy is a joke and not worth listening to.
