Here's a great example. As part of the effort to capture Osama Bin Ladin, the US set up a fake Hepatitis Vaccination service in Pakistan to track DNA of children to Osama.

It got uncovered. Now Pakistani militants have murdered eight foreign aid workers administering polio vaccine because they believed them to be secret CIA spies.

Whoever greenlit the fake Hep B vaccination story is directly responsible for the death's of these aid healthcare workers.

At this point any Christian staying in the Middle East with the means to leave gets no sympathy from me. The "we're going to blame you for everything and kill you" writing has been on the wall for years.
