Anyone drink 'Naked Truth Green Machine'?

Does it contain enough health stuff - or just juices?

Look at Orgain if you want a healthy organic drink with plenty of whey protein and fruits and veggies thrown in.

The chocolate flavor is delicious.

None of those commerically-marketed brands will ever contain enough "healthy stuff", it's just a contradiction in terms for a mass appeal product to make a profit to stay on the shelf and in business without being tasty.

If want something truly healthy, then consider a serving (2 tablepoons, yep, 2 tablespoons) of this:

No reduced fruit juices masquarding as sugar, no cheap low quality proteins like soy, no indigestible grasses that assumes you're a cow, no cheap space fillers like brown rice/apple pectin/lecithin, no fairy dusting of ingredients to drive up the asking price, just pure, freeze dried juice of grasses.

Even so, I don't find super greens, even a version as pure as the above, to be comparable in terms of vitamin and mineral density to supplements.  Its best to look at them as an expensive source for micro-nutrients.

Here's a price comparison chart of some superfood mixes (with lots of useless fillers):

I take "Perfect Food" tablets (about halfway down the list above) and I really like them.

Apparently, there is also a Perfect Food drink, but people say the taste is like licking Mother Nature's butt, so I have never tried it.

Can you meet the RDI from a salad?
