Not sure what they're holding in their "Short Term Investments"..  if we subtract their accounts receivable from their cash and ST investments, we'd have about 21 Bil available to invest in the PP.

Just a thought..

I have often why the people responsible for things like university endowments and public pension funds which should by their very nature demand a conservative approach aren't invested in a PP or similar arrangement.

Investment advisors swarm around these concentrations of wealth like sharks.

The Yale endowment has a similar approach and philosophy (portfolio for all economic climates) to the PP..  except they have Private Equity and Real Estate in lieu of Cash.
