Not sure what they're holding in their "Short Term Investments".. if we subtract their accounts receivable from their cash and ST investments, we'd have about 21 Bil available to invest in the PP.

I have often why the people responsible for things like university endowments and public pension funds which should by their very nature demand a conservative approach aren't invested in a PP or similar arrangement.
