I've noticed that the PERM etf has some price disconnect with PP and PRPFX - case in point - Friday' close was +.57% - where as PP was down (-.22%) and PRPFX was down (-.87%) - that is a huge disconnect.
Thoughts?

Very light volume probably distorts it on a daily time frame. I personally would not trade it until daily volume exceeds 100k on average.

Nothing surprising at all. They hold different percentages of assets and don't exactly follow the PP.
Even if we took 10 people on this forum who actually did follow the PP exactly, we would get 10 different results on any given day, that likely span a 2% difference in either direction.
It's possible someone is:
18% Gold
32% LT Bonds
20% Stocks
30% Cash
Which is still the PP while someone else has:
16% Gold
16% Bonds
34% Stocks
34% Cash
And even person 1 has Long Term Treasuries that he just bought with 30 years left on them, while person 2 has LTTs with 21 years left, and is 1 year away from selling and buying new ones.
