I Bonds and EE Bonds

Who sells I Bonds and EE Bonds? Can they only be purchased with a treasury direct account, or can one purchase them through your broker or bank as well?

So these bonds are only available through a treasury direct account.....not a regular broker?

Yes, only through TD... no broker... and you can't do them in a tax-deferred account like an IRA.
