Since gas prices hit 4 dollars a gallon back in 2008, I have been wondering when the trend to pull inwards to the city center would start in earnest. It looks like it finally has taken root. Hallelujah!

Interesting chart.

This is as much about the availability and stability of jobs as the cost of gasoline. 

Check out North Dakota.
