Bond / Stock correlation

What is up with the simultaneous stock and bond rally? As stocks are on a month long tear, ten year treasury maintains hold under 2%. Kind of strange since these assets indicate quite opposite views of the future....

Conviction that interest rates will be kept low long term would pan out like that wouldn't it?
