In the address bar to the left of nytimes dot com, tap the AA icon.
Then- Show Reader View.
You can also adjust font size and color — white on black is nice at night. But most importantly, you can subvert the paywall...sometimes.
It also wipes out most ads on most sites, which is helpful if you get a message like, ‘We noticed you’re using an adblocker. Could you cut that crap out?’

Took the bait and skimmed the article. The funniest part of the article is the author was a fixed income guy. Anyway my opinion of the NYT has not been changed from reading this. If the NYT had any integrity left they would just point to Tyler’s website portfoliocharts.com and say “you decide”. But these creeps need to sell words. And words are getting cheaper by the day. Better stop now or I will go into full grumpy old man rant mode!
