It is clever but I can't claim credit for it. It's been around for a year or two at least, ever since "wokeness" became a thing.Mountaineer wrote: ↑Tue Jul 21, 2020 3:12 pm.Libertarian666 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 21, 2020 2:27 pm https://nypost.com/2020/06/21/defund-na ... talladega/
Very clever post title. Prescient.![]()

Don't see any "rage," nor "sensitivity," for that matter. Just an unwillingness to subsidize the leftist agenda.

I'm not offended by their opinion. I'm offended they think anyone cares about their opinion.pp4me wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 7:37 pm When I see football players kneeling during the national anthem it speaks to me of weakness and helplessness. If I was a player on the other side of the field I'd be saying "look at those pansies".
I would suggest raising a finger or a black power sign (is that still a thing), or simply turning your back. That would be much bolder and better at getting your point across.
I think what you're describing is in progress now. Here's a sign - the other day I heard an interview with Democrat strategist James Carville, the Ragin' Cajun. He was raging against the woke movement and how out of control it has become. Personally I think it will burn itself out as another fad of the time.
