Well, there are plenty of people here (the trailer crowd comes to mind) who regularly dine at Zip's, but most of the "normal" men with families actually eat pretty well. Almost everybody has a garden, and those veggies end up, together with lots of grass-finished beef, on the dinner table. Maybe in the form of pot roast and sauteed asparagus rather than salad with bean sprouts, but a decent diet nonetheless. I suppose you could quibble over the peach cobbler or the homemade biscuits and jam, but, hey, you only go around once.
The "build" I'm talking about is definitely not fat. Burly, I guess, would be the best word.

Something you learn from it is that men are indeed the physically stronger sex and seem to have greater innate hunting skills but when it comes to sheer endurance in harsh conditions, women often rival if not exceed the men. They usually pair a man and a woman up together and on quite a few occasions I have seen the man tap out and the woman continue on alone to the end of the challenge.
