Unless...do you live in California, Maine, or Vermont? Then you have an online option. Everyone else has to call. Annoying!
Click on Customer Center, then Manage Subscriptions, then click on your displayed subscription. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a cancellation option. I’m looking at mine right now.

EDIT: Yes, I do live in CA. I guess that explains why I have the cancellation option but you don’t.

Yet another option might be to delete or edit your credit card info so that future recurring payments would fail.

If they don’t let you do that, maybe add a Visa gift card with a small or zero balance, then delete your previous credit card info?

It’s like Milton’s paychecks in the movie Office Space. Just stop paying, and the problem will effectively resolve itself.
