I had two reactions to this article, that is after the initial laughter wore off. First, good for these guys to find ways of turning their medical licenses, training, experience etc into marketable skills. Basically if physicians are officially being treated like janitors, then why should anyone be surprised to find that some are branching out like this? As much as anyone would like to think so, physicians aren't monks. Second, this is Unnecessary Spending taken to a whole new level! I can't even imagine what it would be like to live like the clients described in this article.

I saw this on an episode of Top Gear a year or two ago. Why not, if you have the money and are moronic enough to drink that much?

Forgetting this silliness, this reminds me of the botique medicine area i.e. doctors who take no insurance, only cash but have small practices and needless to say you don't wait long to see a doctor.
