Yes, that's what makes it a meme. If one person believe's in something that doesn't exist, he's crazy. If ten thousand people all believe the same thing that doesn't exist, it's a meme and it gathers social power to affect the actions of large numbers of people's. Think about how much of out society is devoted to memetic propagation.

If you believe 2+2=5 that doesn't make it true. Opinions about facts don't change the facts.
But if most people behave on the premise that 2+2=5, it is useful to describe the phenomenon.

Further, and more importantly, some questions have no (or infinite) answers (such as 5/0=x), and any attempt to assign a single, fixed answer is actually obfuscating reality.

Question... Do you recognize the authority that a "trust" has over assets of a grantor?

While some of you continue to dabble in meaningless drivel, I saw this headline today:

Iraq Insurgents Leader to Captors: 'I'll See You Guys in New York'

"The future leader of the militant army sweeping through Iraq had some chilling words for his guards in 2009 when he was released from Camp Bucca, the largest U.S. detention camp in Iraq at the time: "I'll see you guys in New York."

This was as Obama was releasing him from our custody.

Now you can return to your existential happy talk.

I expect the leader of the free world to set the tone for the commanders. ..not vice versa. I also expect a coherent policy that doesn't blindly ignore the worldwide threat that Islamists pose and doesn't consistently lie about it to the American public for political gain. Is that asking too much?

Yes, absolutely. When was the last time we had that?

Cmon TennPaGaNyMaCo!

Do you really think that when that ISIS leader said I'll see you in New York he was arranging a summer vacation there?  If you believe that then you also believe that Obama didn't know Bergdahl was a deserter,  the IRS really lost Lois Lerner's emails, the terrorist attack in Benghazi that killed our ambassador was the result of a video, Hassan's killing of soldiers was just workplace violence, that our economy is doing great, that the little illegal immigrants crossing our border are our nation's future,  that Al Qaeda is on the run,  ad nauseum.

Don't you get it, Tenn? Bush may have made the decision, but Obama had the chance to overturn it so it's clearly his fault and part of a vast left-wing conspiracy to destroy America by emboldening our enemies... for what nefarious purposes we cannot be sure but it is probably related to the Joyce Foundation partnering with the U.N. while using the tactics of Saul Alinsky to force oppressive multicultural atheistic global marxism down the throats of hard-working American heroes!!!
