Interesting article, not just because it confirms what I hope happens.
I think there's value in studying prior reactions to large selloffs.
4k gold as sort of a blow off top works for me. There's no telling how high a bubble can go and I strongly think gold will hit bubble territory at some point.
2k by 2016 seems like a long time to wait. My bet would be 2015.

Personally I think anyone who places any kind of a major bet on any chart of historical performance of any asset is a damn fool.
Investing 25% based purely on the historical track record of an asset as we do in the PP makes a lot of sense.
