FCC's major step towards media sensorship

Post by clacy »

Why is no one talking about the FCC's new study that appears to be the first baby-step toward government control of the media in this country?

It is apparently on hold for now.

There are no articles in the mainstream media because Soros has funded it.
It was good being the party of Robin Hood. Until they morphed into the Sheriff of Nottingham

The program is "on hold" because it's been identified.  They will wait until the small, but present media awareness of this topic dies down, then re-institute it.

It starts as a study, then they will draft policy.  Over time it will grow and grow until they wield so much power that they regulate it however they see fit.

This is how all government bureaucracies.  I suspect there is a more sinister, long term vision for what these regulators could do with more power.

I think it's good that with the advent so many reporting mediums, this type of speech policing will be far more difficult.
