Hi PP'ers

Post by buddtholomew »

A short post to say hello. I have become less concerned with the overall markets and specifically the PP performance this year. Pleased to see that the portfolio is performing as advertised and I look forward to continued success ;D Turned 40 this week and am getting my excitement elsewhere...

Thank you for the birthday wishes.

annieB, I assume the recent gains in gold are comforting to you as well. I was a little concerned with the recent comments to increase the FED funds rate, but it appears the statement did not alter the direction of interest rates nor physical metals. Honestly, this was the only financial comment that I have heard in over 2 months. I have absolutely no desire to let investing overcome me as much as it has in recent years, especially when the PP is currently performing as advertised  ;D Time will tell how immersed I become when the inevitable decline comes to pass.

I am the adult buddtholomew, the younger me was a punk! I only let the "young at heart" version come to life in the gym and at parties where he can still wow the crowds... 8)
