The value of life...

Post by doodle »

I was looking up the composition of the human body and it contains 2e-7 kg of gold, which leads me to think that the Austrians now have a sure fire way of measuring the value of a human life...it is: 2e-7 x 2.2 / 14.58 x spot price of gold. :-)

Might want to be careful of accusing an economic theory of believing that human beings have a worth tied to a commodity :).

Though we all know Austrians value gold at infinity, and its market price is simply an abhorration of government maipulation and sheeple behaving like lemmings.

All in fun, fellas! :)

Fun fact: the EPA has calculated the value of the average human life at $7.4 million.
