There's a real dearth of sophisticated portfolio management and rebalancing software available to the muppets. Everything available seems to be targeted to financial advisors or institutions at absurd prices. Not happy! Nonetheless, I came across two basic Excel spreadsheets that can serve as useful indicators of whether or not it is time to rebalance:
