Meh old news, the British corporate cows are actually 90% horse (but it's just a labeling issue, and doesn't affect the quality of the milk at all).

Is that some relation to the horse meat masquearding as ground beef?

The China cows part is totally 100% right on.

The American corporation is, as well, sadly. I hate how corporate America treats its production animals (for example, debeaking chickens and whatnot).  Although I would far rather be an animal in America than in China.
(Trying hard to not screw up handling the money that my husband and I have traded untold life-hours to earn...)
