PP appears under a different name

Post by rocketdog »

Do you think the author of this article decided not to give credit to the HBPP, or could he have simply arrived at a very PP-like portfolio by accident all on his own?

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.

After reading these kinds of pieces for years, I have concluded that there is usually a sliding scale of arrogance and ignorance at work that causes people not to mention Harry Browne when talking about their exciting new method of achieving extreme diversification and steady returns.

Even Cuggino, who seems like a perfectly nice fellow, has never mentioned the name Harry Browne in any interview I have ever heard him give.
