MSCI USA vs S&P500

Post by CA PP »

All things being equal, a passive fund tracking  MSCI USA seems a bit more interesting (604 holdings) than S&P 500.

I am about to increase my exposure to US stock market in my US PP.  I am tempted to switch to using MSCI USA.

Any thoughts?

I'd go with the lowest MER.  Those bottom 104 companies will likely account for less than 1% of the total assets.

I would like to have a US PP but I am afraid of CURRENCY RISK. How to forget this?

By the way, where do you plan to live ?
