Another cool infographic:

A microlife is defined as 30 minutes of life.

The overweight one contradicts another study that was just on the news yesterday that concluded that overweight people live longer (and that wasn't the first study that demonstrated this either).

I suspect its confusing correlation with causation, i.e. overweight people are estrogen dominant of which certain estrogens have protective health effects.

A small amount of alcohol  may very well be good for you, but not larger amounts.
It was good being the party of Robin Hood. Until they morphed into the Sheriff of Nottingham

One drink per day (just one) has been studied to be good for your health.  Any more than that has negative long term health effects.

My personal belief is that a single drink helps the body relax and release stress, which can have negative health effects.

It looks like you should probably stop after the first 20 minutes of daily exercise, if you don't enjoy it.  After that, each 40 minutes of exercise only gives you 30 minutes back.  If my accounting is correct, that's a net loss, (unless you love exercise).

I wanted to mention that the single study that showed overweight people having slightly longer lifespans definitely suffers from a lot of issues, the number one being that correlation does not equal causation.  Many other studies have shown that being overweight puts you at a much greater risk of cardiovascular problems, and other chronic diseases such as adult onset diabetes.
