Stumbled across this DARPA whistleblower/conspiracy theory YouTube on DARPA experiments during the 1960s and 70s. This individual— Andrew Basiago — claims to have been part of the Montauk Project. While it all sounds preposterous, and I have no idea if this is real or not, I'm kind of stunned by the level of detail he shares in the stories. The normal frequency of the brain is 70-78MHz, not 400-420MHz as alleged. So when you got quacks quacking about a quack and get the quack wrong...
