How do you know the magnets are not fake?  :D

They stick to the fender of my 1965 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible, which I know to be genuine made-in-the-USA steel.  Not sure about the new GM products, though. :)

American Survival Guide magazine used to run ads for a little plate with slots the right size in it for different coins. weigh the coin, and try it in the go-no go slots,and if it passes those tests, it's good enough to take, cause it's going to be tradable to the next guy. so who cares if it's a really good fake or not?  :-)
