I found a dollar bill marked with this website a few days ago..  it brings some nostalgia since I used to participate many years ago.

Basically, you register money with the serial # on their website and enter the zip code where you found it.  When others find it (and care), they'll log onto the website and identify where they found your money by zip code (I'll usually get "hits" in neighboring cities and occasionally in other states.)

Anyone else done this hobby before?

I did it once, also many years ago. It was kind of neat to see how far the bill went, but I ignored the second bill marked with the same URL some months later.

I did it some years ago, but only got one bill back doing ordinary transactions that had the url on it.  And it had not traveled far, as it was one I had registered myself the year before... :D
