That was totally awesome and totally worth my time. Man could I go for either of those burgers right now. Granted I might go with the crappy looking burger to eat so I can admire the pretty one as I eat the other to add to the experience.

That was really interesting.  I like the openness of their response to this question.  I expected this to be something that McDonald's would be very touchy about.

The whole thing with dragging condiments and topping toward the front of the burger hadn't occurred to me.

I swore off fast food, junk food and soda seven months ago when I realized I was pushing 250 lbs and was a prime candidate for a hear attack before turning fifty. I started walking and worked my way up to 6 miles a day 6 days a week. Today I weighed myself for the first time in a couple of months and came in at just a tick over 195 lbs and have dropped from a painfully tight 38 waist to a snug but comfortable 34. McDonalds can go stuff themselves. Never again will allow myself to get that unhealthy.

Ad Orientem, those are great results!  Congratulations on that weight loss.  You should be very proud.

Six miles of walking is quite a bit.  About how long does this take?  It's great exercise and a very effective mood enhancer if you can find the time.

Same here. Well, without the wife it takes me a little over 1 hour, 40 minutes. With her, nearly two hours.

Funny how things change over the years.

I can remember when the highlight of my week used to be taking the family to church on Sunday and then following up with a quarter pounder, fries, and a coke at McDonalds.

The last time I remember eating a quarter pound I think I completely lost my appetite for food for about 24 hours. As for church, the lingering side-effects are even more drastic so I stay away altogether.
