Yeah, I gotcha.  I don't have strong convictions about these things either...mostly b/c I have been exactly wrong about them so many times in the past.
I have also been wrong so many times that making a prediction seems fruitless.  I don't want to say that I don't care what happens because I would like to see full employment and economic prosperity for all.  But for personal investment purposes, I really don't care because I have the PP for the majority of my investments.

The markets will go wherever they wish regardless of anyones predictions.  In fact, I just put in a wake up call to my investment advisor (me), to buzz me when I hit a rebalancing band.

Great questions.  I wonder the same things.
Oil prices seem to be falling quite steadily in the last few weeks.
