2025 Results

Post by I Shrugged »

My stock-heavy PP did 21.6%.

Allocation:
Cash 18.4%
LT Bonds 12.1%
Stocks 43.4%
Gold 26.1%

I've mentioned before, I have essentially never rebalanced other than by addition, and not for a long time. I should start buying some LT bonds.

This was the first year in a LONG time that my non-US stock fund outperformed the US market. 32.4% to 17.8%.

I just saw Craig's message and he mentioned that he rebalanced his PP from gold as well.
I'm curious, if anyone else here did the same with their PP or maybe variants?

I rebalanced my Golden Butterfly in late September because of the runup in gold.

My portfolio isn't very PP, but I do hold more than 10% Gold

I have rebalanced a bit out of Gold

Put some into Silver as part of a new allocation

Some into stocks (was low on my allocation due to various factors) and bonds (Intermediate Term Treasuries)
