Me too. Wasn't it Germany that tried to get some of its reserves back from the Fed bank in New York and it took years just to get a partial repatriation?

What I read was that it was Germany, but from vaults in Paris and New York.
Also, Serbia and Italy and earlier, Poland and Romania.

many valuation models, wide dispersion, but median is roughly 0% over the next decade.

I wonder how much tilting to value or overweighting emerging markets will help over the next decade.
