As stated in another topic did listen to parts of it last night / this morning. Full of gems. HIGHLY recommended to all. It had me wanting to go over to Israel and fight on their side.

I do food preparation about once every 1.5 weeks. It makes me two meals a day for 8 days.

It takes me about 1.25 to 1.5 hours.

About to do it now.

Will allow me to listen to the above on my AirPod Pros even over the extreme noise of my VitaMix.

Thanks again for this gem. I get quite excited in the anticipation of now shortly being able to listen to this while I am fully awake.
