You know what I like about that picture? Your legs blend so that it looks like your own legs end in cat feet.

Indeed, the cat-man effect is really awesome! That should participate in NatGeo photo contests, and I am not exaggerating ..

I have taken 1,500 pictures in a day. Some of my best ones have not been intentional or planned and, almost by accident. This was one of them. Just happened to have the camera in my hand while I was outside and I saw her on the other side of the door.

Almost 50 years ago someone accused me of worshipping cats. I could NOT plead innocent ....

@vinny

Spooked by supply chain news, I've been ordering extra food for my cat at Chewy. I guess that's the equivalent of you clearing out shelves at brick & mortar stores. Today, an old friend reports that CostCo does not have the wet food she was looking for, for her cats.

I only did the clearing out the shelves thing once - last April 2021. Since then I've loading up on 120 cans at a time deliveries from Amazon. At this point have many, many, many months of inventory. But will continue to stock up. Cat food in cans have a long, long, long shelf life.

Finally it's now impossible to clear out the shelves at my local Stop & Shop as the last few times I went there was not ONE can of can flavor of Friskie's cat food!

Hello friends! I'm doing well. Right now I've taken up a remote gig at work so I don't have to deal with those insanely high gas prices out there. I'm also finding big savings not having to dry clean suits or get my wallet sniped by Starbucks haha.

Lily says hi. O0 How are you fellows doing?

I will likely be posting a thread about direct real estate investing soon! Love these falling land prices.

Smithers asked “how are you fellows doing” and I guess Mountaineer beat me by a few seconds, otherwise I would have quoted.

Thanks, it’s just the “joys” of home ownership. Never thought I’d have three expensive and urgent house projects in a single month.
Home stretch, though. O0

Overall I do enjoy owning a home. Not being held "hostage" to a landlord that may renovict me gives me peace of mind. However, I do empathize with Ben Felix's (and your) contention that home ownership can be a massive headache.
