i haven't been tempted to jump ship on the PP ....ever... but with the DNC broadcasting their intentions to have a contested election (another coup attempt) i am having notions about a mostly gold portfolio during this election silly season..
it seems to have potential for being the mother of all times of uncertainty.

Sure looks like your DNS provider (likely your ISP) is blocking the site. That's a bit scary.
Is there as way to UNblock it?
Currently, the IP address for archive.vn appears to be 94.16.117.236 . You can tell your system the IP address of that name by editing your hosts file. On Windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/27350/b ... osts-file/
And it may be worth contacting your ISP and asking what's going on...
Archive.vn must be on some kind of global "naughty list". It's blocked for me too, but by my wi-fi system, not my ISP. I could unblock it if I wanted to.

Yes, it is naughty because it is uncensored, and therefore is obviously used only by NAZIS!!!!
Firefox now (if you said "yes" to the prompt, which I generally recommend against) uses DNS-over-HTTPS provided by Cloudflare. So anybody using 1.1.1.1 as their DNS server, or anyone using Firefox's DoH via Cloudflare, can't resolve archive.vn (or any of their many domains).
I'm not at all clear on why their administrator would be doing the blocking they're doing. But it isn't anything nefarious about ISPs, it turns out; it's an Archive administrator who is extremely particular about some nuance of DNS.
The claim that these were "bipartisan" seems dubious. This seems like a furthering of Hillary Clinton's threat that "we will return to civil behavior when the Democrats win the election."
