Euro stock index fund may be attractive VP investment

Post by cabronjames »

A Euro stock index fund like VGK might be attractive VP investment currently, if you believe the Shiller P/E10 valuation measure is predictive.  Supposedly the Euro P/E10 is 11, vs the US S&P500 current P/E10 of 19.4 & historical median of 16.4.

I feel like we're in a secular bear market for stocks right now, and that any big bets on them is bound to disappoint, regardless of valuation.

Just my gut feeling...would be curious what others had to say.
