I think the wayback machine has messed things up. The links to the old FAQs are no longer working. At least, for gold and stocks they aren't.
I get the error:
Sorry.
This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine.
I've never seen this error before.

Re: WEB archive FAQ links
As I was quite oftentimes going back through Topics in the archives here I routinely got the same error message for Topics before a certain date.mdwilson1991 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2020 9:28 am I think the wayback machine has messed things up. Re: WEB archive FAQ links
Ahhh, ok. I had remembered seeing FAQ, but I’d forgotten that they were within sections. It was driving me nuts that I couldn’t find it on the main page.
If they ever get fixed, I’ll archive them myself.

Re: WEB archive FAQ links
It's possible that whoever ended up with crawlingroad.com had a robots.txt which disallowed everything. I believe the Wayback Machine honors current robots.txt even for archives, and also it doesn't have any concept of a site being replaced by a different one.
I fear the FAQs may be lost. :-(
