This is a short fragment of an interview with Greenspan. I'd recommend it to those having hard time with pouring 25% of their PP money into LTTs. Looks like Fed bosses become more open in expressing their views when they leave the office:

I think the young guy is Austin Goolsbee, Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors and a member of Obamas cabinet.
