Nothing. It's just kind of a nicely abrupt surge.

Wrong.  1+2+8+0=11.  1*1=1.  Illuminati has one eye

My gold finally turned "green" after I started PP in Jan 2015.

And down more than $20/oz this morning.
In Canadian trailer park parlance, that's the way she goes.

Yes, gold is on a tear today, and TLT ain't too shabby either (up 1.15%). Just considering today alone, it looks like the PP will gain another 1% YTD.

As for tomorrow, nobody has a clue. That's why I'm sticking with the PP through thick and thin.

Yeah, I won't be happy with gold until it goes up a few hundred. Until then, if it stays DOWN long enough, that's a buying opportunity.

It was a nice thing to buy some bullion coins on Friday when spot was $1210. I recently found a local Houston, TX dealer who will match any price I find online, I'm using them now.

A stellar day for the PP and gold!

So far a damn stellar year!

I love more and more that the PP has decoupled me from worrying about my investments, trading, the latest Fed report, earnings, the state of the economy, etc.

I'll say it again, dammit, wish I started this 25 years ago.

I couldn't agree more. It was a really subtle shift for me that only happened recently… I just stopped caring.

PS, same happened to me as well.
Do you think its related to recent performance, or is that icing on the cake so to speak?
