If I'm understanding the news correctly, Hillary has an appointment scheduled for a "talk" with the FBI which is something she has said she was looking forward to.
I'm no expert on these things but according to Andrew Napolitano, when you are called in for a "talk" with the FBI it's because they have their facts assembled and want to see how what you have to say squares with their information. Martha Stewart went to jail because they did NOT. According to Judge Napolitano a good lawyer would advise his client not to have such a talk but in Mrs. Clinton's case that would seem to be quite problematic for political reasons.
Is this an interesting election or what?

Yes, I'm sure she is thrilled to talk with the FBI, because after all, she's not being investigated. Only her email server is being investigated!

The odds of my scorched earth election scenario -- where both parties scramble replace their vote-leading but politically train-wrecked candidates at the conventions -- just went up a bit.

Curlew is right. Any lawyer worth his/her salt would in this situation advise their client to take the Fifth barring a grant of at least qualified immunity. I almost feel for her.
Trumpism is not a philosophy or a movement. It's a cult.
