Inflation rate for 2015?

So what was the inflation rate for 2015?

Counting both my PP and VP, I am down about 3% in nominal terms for 2015. No big deal, although a big gain in 2016 would be nice.

Looks like .5% for the 12 months ending in November. Final number for 2015 is due out on 1/20. See this link:

So it's damn low. The Fed's stated goal is always 2% and they haven't been able to get there the last four years.
