Today I implement the PP for the first time. I used my Fidelity account to by LTT and STT (1 year, no ladder) directly. For some reason I was really nervous that I did it wrong so I'd love for someone to just tell me I bought the right thing.

LTT says :

And STT says:

UNITED STATES TREAS NTS 0.50000% 08/31/2016

I just pulled up the CUSIPs in my Fidelity account. Looks good to me 
I'm assuming you bought the correct amount of each.

You're okay on the stock and gold portions?

Yes I bought the amounts based on cost not face value. I did the Spartan index for Stocks and IAU for gold. Thanks for answering, makes me feel better.
