Jim Rogers never ceases to shock me (first russian equities, now this!), maybe Dennis Rodman is on to something?

This falls squarely into the "money you can afford to lose" category.

If you have some throw away money that you want to roll the dice with, go for it.

North Korea is a seriously corrupt country. If they decide that you lose, then, you lose.

Great timing, i.e. Russia. ::)  The guy is so rich it's all just shits and giggle money to him.  That being said, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some DRNK stamps and gold coins either. ;)
