Could you elaborate on your feelings on what kind of olive oil to get? I don't usually cook with it, but I love to eat the super dark green stuff raw on bread and salads.
I get the fancy stuff, not because I'm a foodie but because I've read numerous articles about the swill on supermarket shelves.
