Looks like it's still in the funding stage. Do you know if they're technically a charity and can receive tax deductible donations? It looks like the device is designed for poor communities without Internet infrastructure.

No, its a capitalist business as far as I can tell. They plan to generate revenue from a few service areas. They already are utilizing two satellites beaming 24/7 so its not exactly a startup, but sort of in the early growth stage.WiseOne wrote: Looks like it's still in the funding stage. I think its a potentially good Anti-Big Brother Device and a Dystopia Hope Beacon. They have plans around government censorship from the outset.

Amazing product. So cool how they're explicitly thinking about and working around government censorship. I love these kinds of private solutions to government, and I've put my money where my mouth is and donated. What an awesome thing.
Human behavior is economic behavior. The particulars may vary, but competition for limited resources remains a constant.

I'm thinking about it. $99 isn't bad, but I'm not sure I have any real use for v1 right now. I'm long past that stage where I gobble up every occult topic to learn what wasn't taught in schools or MSM.dualstow wrote: Are you going to buy one, MG?
