By total coincidence, I just read the same article before coming here. Pretty fascinating stuff, I love stories like these. The guys should have taken a far less aggressive PP-ish approach!

I find it fascinating that Mr Kane was both a successful businessman and a successful musician (still is, I guess). But, an addiction is an addiction. Would have been pretty cool if these guys had been less greedy and just quietly pocketed a few jackpots. Note that that the article's author is infamous phone hacker Kevin Poulsen. I read a great book about him called 'The Watchman' many years ago.
