Hopefully you will not be too "wiped out" to read Letter 19 on the religion thread. 

I do have a polyphasic sleep question, pardon me if you have already answered and I missed it:  Do you have some method for measuring effectiveness of your work output before and after the experiment?  I guess if you were a box packer it would be something like boxes packed per hour, labels checked for straightness and percentage missed, whatever.  I don't know what you line of work is but I'm just curious.  I think I'm getting a pretty clear picture of your efficiency  :)

Thanks....ya shmuck!  ;)

I've been keeping this log. I'll update. Days 3 - 4 were more difficult. Sorry for the lack of real-time updates. The people I back up are all off work this week to be with their kids before school. Working at night hasn't even been enough for me to keep up.
