Congress is outraged that the CIA is spying on them
But ironically they turn a blind eye for the NSA spying on virtually everyone else on the planet.

So then, is spying on Congress by the CIA a good thing?

I wish they would spy on me and maybe learn something valuable.
The only reason to spy on congress is to blackmail, or expose blackmail.

I wonder whether they were spying on Supreme Court Justice Roberts before he cast the surprising, perplexing deciding vote on Obamacare.

No, I don't think it's a good thing, although there needs to be A LOT more transparency built into our government, although that's not the way to do it.Reub wrote: So then, is spying on Congress by the CIA a good thing?
I just think it's hilarious how outraged these people get when they're spied on, but they obviously cheer lead or at least turn a blind eye for the NSA to spy on every other American.
