What could they possibly say that would shock anyone regarding spying?  I assume that every single email/text/phone call that I'm involved in is stored and recorded. I assume they are doing the same to every single government, terrorist group or political organization that exists world wide and I'm sure that most of the people that have something to hide assume this as well.

Well, sometimes it's confirmation rather than shock. My favorite is still the Saudi king imploring us to "cut the head off the snake." I wonder if he slept well in his bed that first night that it was leaked. I wonder if he slept in his usual bed, period.  ;)
