I noticed them and I guess they have to put them out there for the antsy, but I have no plans to invest in them.

Speaking of Vanguard,..... why no 60/40 ETF from Vanguard that mimics VBINX?

Or Wellesley, Wellington funds etc?

I'm assuming there is some reason that they haven't offered ETF versions of these popular funds.

My best guess is that even though they have to cater to the multitudes who prefer ETFs these days, encouraging people to trade in and out of something like Wellesley would be very bad for the fund. And that's what ETFs do. They make it easier to trade. I hope they never do offer ETFs for those 3 funds you mentioned. I don't know the real answer, though.

Probably true and PERM proved that many people are perfectly fine using mutual funds rather than ETF versions (slightly different but close enough).

How is PERM doing, btw? I never see threads on it anymore. Well, I guess I rarely see talk of PRPFX either. It’s mostly individual components.

I just looked at it on Yahoo Finance and apparently it closed recently

Maybe the loss of PRPFX is one of the many little bells heralding the market top.

PERM closed, but yeah it could be. PERM opened in 2012 I think, right after a huge decade for the PP.
